Shipping policy

We ship accross India and worldwide.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for domestic parcel is 250INR for all parcels weighing 1 kg. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and it will be considered confirm once we recieve your payment. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 25 - 30 working days to deliver your order. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

In case you need a garment by a particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance. We will try to fulfill your request if possible.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping through our trusted courier partners.

For international orders, a flat shipping fee of ₹3,500 applies to orders containing up to 5 pieces. For orders exceeding 5 pieces, additional shipping charges will be calculated based on the order volume and destination and will be communicated separately.

Please allow approximately 30–35 days for delivery. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and local regulations in the destination country.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or courier partner upon request.

We recommend monitoring your email and messages for shipment updates and any communications regarding your order.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges. The amount varies depending on your country's regulations and the value of your order. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. DOT is not responsible for any delays caused by custom's clearance processes.

Return policy

We make each product with immense effort and all products are made on order when you shop them from our website. Hence, we do not accept any returns, in case of receiving a faulty or missing product please bring it to our notice as soon as you receive the product. we will happily rectify it for you.
We do not offer refunds as all the products are made to order.

Cancellation policy

We know sometimes you change your mind about an outfit overnight. We provide a 24 hour span from the time of confirmation of order to inform us through email or message on our registered contact detail to cancel an order. Which dosen't apply during SALE though. We will keep the amount in our store credit and you can purchase anything else from that amount.
