Return or Exchange:
Before you return a DOT product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
If upon receipt of your order you find anything damaged in transit please drop us a line. We would be happy to provide a exchange. All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
Once the merchandise has been checked, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Cost of the return will be borne by customer.
Please be careful while trying on items. Item should be returned in an unused condition as DOT holds the right to not accept returns in case product appears to be used or damaged. We accept returns within 12 days of purchase. In exchange you can reorder any product of same price.
Note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for any customized or made to order item unless the product is faulty or not as discussed .
